Apps and online tools aren't for everyone and It's hard to know which apps to trust so we've selected some from the NHS and other organisations that can support your health, these should be viewed as additional to, and not instead of the Health Checks available through your GP Surgery.

Each of the four CGH Partnership Surgeries also offer the opportunity for you to measure your blood pressure, weight and height and record the details submitting them online through the DR IQ app, during a face to face consultation or to the reception desk. Measurements can be taken at home or in the waiting area. Your results will be assessed and you will be contacted if the GP decides they need to talk to you.

Phio offers a modern, simple yet highly effective solution for these patients providing a quick and accessible tool to advise and guide on to the required pathway of care.
If your condition is not suitable for the Physiotherapy service, or there are any clinical concerns, these will be detected by your responses and Phio will signpost you accordingly to the most appropriate service.
