Essex House, Essex Road, Basingstoke, RG21 8SU (Sometimes called Hackwood) Bus Line 3 Limited on road parking, with some disabled spaces and an underground car park accessed immediately on the right after the surgery building in Essex Road which is on the corner by the traffic lights. Spaces and access to the underground parking is 'tight' and extra care should be taken,
Gillies Health Centre, Sullivan Road, Basingstoke, RG22 4EH. Bus Line 1. Parking in the Brighton Hill Centre Car Park, disabled spaces available outside, but can be very busy at school drop off and pick up times.
St Andrews Centre, Western Way, Basingstoke, RG22 6ER (Sometimes called Camrose) Bus Line 3 (Bus Line 1) Car parking alongside the centre with disabled spaces and overflow parking in the park to the rear of the centre.

Neighbourcare Volunteer Drivers We have volunteers, who use their own cars, to pick you up from your home to drive you to Appointments - accompanying you to medical appointments and, if under 2 hours, wait with you, or can be called back for a return journey after a wait of about 4 hours to take you back home
Clubs - taking you to your local club - social and health related Visits - helping you to visit a loved-one in hospital, nursing or residential home Shopping - taking you shopping
Since we are a charity and reimburse our volunteers’ costs, for using their own cars, we request a donation from clients of £10 to help pay for the service. Hampshire County Council have discontined travel vouchers, and we can no longer accept them.
If you are able to become a volunteer driver for the service we would also like to hear from you.

Patient Transport Services - Southern Counties Ambluance Service
The Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS), provided by South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SCAS), delivers transport for eligible patients who have a medical reason that means they are not able to travel for treatment by another method. From 1st November 2023 Health Care Professionals will no longer have access to book routine outpatient appointments for patients. You, your relatives, and carers can access https://managemybooking.scas.nhs.uk/patientzone to manage the booking process from end to end. If it is your first use of NEPTS, you will need to book via the telephone 0300 123 9833 and create your record and thereafter the online system will be available. They will require the following information to set up an account on the SCAS patient hub. • NHS Number • DOB Patients can book via the online platform up to 20 days in advance but no later than 2 working days before the appointment. This platform enables the patient to. - Place a booking on the system. - Amend a booking. - Cancel a Transport booking. - Obtain an Estimated Time of Arrival Telephone Numbers For Patients that do not have access to book via the online platform you may use the following numbers - Hampshire Patient Led Line –0300 123 9833

Whizz Kidz provides made-to-measure wheelchairs to young people in the UK who need them but don't meet the NHS criteria for the type of equipment needed. They can also work alongside an NHS personal wheelchair budget. Variety fund wheelchairs for under 19s for any purpose when they are not covered by local authority wheelchair services, they provided light manual wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs, sports wheelchairs and all-terrain wheelchairs.
